I absolutely LOVE ice cream!! I am a huge dessert fanatic. The only bad thing about ice cream is I am allergic to dairy. Thankfully there are several dairy free ice cream options at the grocery store now. I wanted to share my favorite and some of my go to snacks!
SoDelicious is the name of the brand of ice cream I get. I love their pints and also the mocha fudge bars. My favorite flavor is the coconut milk cookie dough. It’s really creamy and tastes as good as the ice cream. I definitely recommend this one if you’re a cookie dough fan.
Having a snack on the go is really important since I’m a busy person. It’s difficult to find healthy snacks that are gluten and dairy free. Here are my top three favorite.
They are the easiest and quickest healthy snack to grab. My two favorite flavors are Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip. These are so good since they are mostly made with dates, which are a healthy sugar.

This is one of my favorite snacks and easy to grab. I always keep some red delicious apples around or some bananas. I pair them with natural peanut butter that I get from Aldi. It’s a great protein packed snack!
